Where do we get our Bidder Numbers?
Upon arrival on Auction Night, you'll visit the Check In Table where you receive your bidder number, catalog, and table number. At that time, you'll register your credit card for easy check out at the end of the night. All purchases are made using your bidder number eliminating the need for any exchange of cash any place other than check out.How do I pay for Auction Items?
- Although we require a credit card upon Check In, purchases and winning bids can be paid at Auction Check Out with cash, check, or credit card. In fact, we'd love to have you pay via check to save the credit card processing fee.
- All your purchases will have been processed and collected throughout the evening.
- Check Out opens at 930pm.
- You'll be given a receipt for review with your winning bids and purchases. All purchases are made using your bidder number throughout the night. Please check your receipt and confirm your purchases.
- Silent Auction purchases are collected, sorted, and made ready for your retrieval in the Parish Commons.
